I was searching by mistake to see if I sent 2 times the same amount because I have 2 mobile phones with the same PayPal account, and one of them was without battery. So I logged on to the other phone, and I see that it was sent.
Until I opened the first phone charged and I opened the PayPal app from where I originally sent the money, I thought that I sent 2 times the same amount. So I tried to cancel by looking at the claims part, but I didn't send anything.
So I sent the 29.69 amount before I went to no scam, no nothing, so it's my fault. Everything is okay for MahakbAnsari; I want to send her money to buy flowers for her and 29.69 to go out for a coke.

THAT'S the problem... AI to the rescue, NOT!
The payment finally got processed but I didn't like their tone of sounding like they were doing me a favour by processing a payment that was an "emergency". I never said it was an emergency and as a first time PayPal recipient, I understood they were keeping it on hold for up to 21 days - for apparent security reasons.
Either my bank details match or they don't. There's nothing else to check!With the payment kept on hold, I just needed clarity and to check if there was anything I could do on my end to make sure all details were in order. The bank account operators, HDFC, are terribly and comically inefficient.
I knew I had to check up and chase up with them if there was any issue with my account details on their end despite PayPal showing they had verified my account.To handle these issues, you need to be able to speak to an actual person, a human being - not an algorithm. I wouldn't have had to even ask Pissed Consumer to send them a third-party push if PayPal just let me speak and explain to a human being what my situation wasEnough with the AI fad already!.
Issues don't get resolved with robots.
I have a payment on hold and a problem with registering a backup e-mail id.
